There is something I see happen almost every day that always seems to baffle me. The way I drive home I cross over railroad tracks that are right before a stop sign. The Department of Transportation has taken the time to paint a white line on the road to mark where you should stop if you want to be safely off the tracks and out of the way of the arm that comes down to prevent you from crossing the tracks while a train is going by. This intersection often gets backed up between 5-7pm and there are many times where the stop sign is backed up passed the railroad tracks. [Read more…] about Crossing the tracks

Tebow and Jesus
Let me start this blog by saying that in no way am I a Tebow hater (I may have lost of a few readers just with that sentence). Rather it is quite the opposite. I have a massive amount of respect for Tim Tebow and what he is doing. With that being said, I have a bone to pick with a lot of the Christians out there and their response to Tebow. It is crazy to think about all the lives he has had an impact on. With Jobs taking a leave of absence this past January, and then stepping down as the CEO of Apple this August, people had to know his health was seriously suffering. When Life Gives You…
Have you ever been in a place where you just longed for change? Sometimes I wonder what it would be like to pack everything up and just move somewhere else. To a place where I didn’t know anyone, a place that was completely new to me. I’m a bigger dreamer, and the idea of being able to reinvent myself fascinates me. The chance to leave everything I know, everything I am comfortable with, and start all over again. What would I change, what would I keep the same? [Read more…] about When Life Gives You…
