The struggle was real this week trying to pick out the Picture of the Week. So much so, that I decided to take a couple extra days and think about it. The struggle wasn’t that I couldn’t find a picture. It was that there were just way too many to pick from. Right now next to me, asleep in the bassinet, is my little champ, Ezekiel. The past 5 days have been a crazy journey, but I’ll get into that in another post (I know you are checking out this post for the picture and not my witty banter). So this week’s POTW comes from one of the first moments my family was all together. I can’t show the first because Angela probably wouldn’t appreciate me showing her on the operating room table (and I was too busy holding Zeke to take any pics).
Some of you who follow me on social media are probably wondering if I will ever post about anything other than my son now. Don’t you worry. Football season will soon be back and I will need somewhere to celebrate/vent about the Miami Dolphins and NC State Wolfpack. But yeah, I will probably post about Ezekiel a lot because he is a pretty cool dude. Coolest 5-day-old I know. And you will be seeing and hearing a lot about him in the days to come.
