This Mother’s Day has taken a new turn for me this year. It is the first year I get to celebrate with Angela being a mom. The journey getting here is one of the craziest I’ve ever seen. Through it all there is one thing I have noticed. Angela is one of the strongest people I know. She has fought through so many things over the course of her pregnancy and the first 6 weeks of Zeke’s life that we could probably write a novel about it. On top of that, she is loving, caring and selfless. Today wasn’t the day that chick flick romances are made of, but it was still a great day. Anytime you ask your wife what she wants for her Mother’s Day dinner and she says pizza is a good day. I’m proud to call Angela my wife and Ezekiel’s mom. So this week’s Picture of the Week is dedicated to her.
