2016 has been one crazy ride. There is just over a week left so who knows what else will happen. It’s hard to believe it is already Christmas. In the spirit of saving postage (take that USPS) and keeping up with the times, here is the 3rd annual Spindler Christmas card. [Read more…] about 2016 Christmas Card

2015 Christmas Card
2015 has been quite the year for the Spindler family. We officially settled into our new house. I started a new job this fall and Angela has adjusted to being a stay-at-home mom. Obviously the biggest thing that happened was the birth of Ezekiel. That dude has brought so much joy into our lives over the past 9 months. It is crazy to think that all that time has passed already. We are excited to begin our Christmas traditions with him. [Read more…] about 2015 Christmas Card
Tis The Season Of Christmas Parties
If there is one thing people know how to do in December it is to party. There is no shortage of Christmas parties for one to attend. Everyone is picking out their ugly sweaters and figuring out how to make it as tacky as possible. This week I am attending 4 parties (one of which I am hosting). First Christmas As A Family
This will be Zeke’s first Christmas and Angela and I are super excited for it. We have all our decorations up and this year I even added some lights on the bushes in front of our house. Angela and I are excited about continuing some of our traditions and starting some new ones. Sure Zeke won’t really understand it all yet, but it will still be fun. My Issue With The Starbucks Cup
All this ruckus over a red cup has me thinking. It’s a little sad that one red cup can cause so much controversy. I’ll be getting my coffee from Dunkin’ Donuts. But that isn’t because of a red cup. It’s because they have better coffee. Boom. I just said that (and I meant it). My real issue with the red cup isn’t that it gave up the snowflakes and reindeer. It’s that we are skipping over Thanksgiving and going straight to Christmas. [Read more…] about My Issue With The Starbucks Cup
Christmas Card
Every time a major holiday approaches I always debate whether to write a post based on the theme of that holiday. Do I write a post about being thankful around Thanksgiving? Do I write a post about freedom around Independence Day? Do I write a post about Jesus being our savior around Christmas? You may have noticed that typically the answer I come up with is no. It feels a little to cliché to me. So here I am on Christmas Eve debating what to write about. [Read more…] about Christmas Card
