A few weeks ago, Angela needed to take Addie to the doctor, so she dropped Zeke off at work with me. It was a Friday, so our after school kids would be playing games in the gym and he could just join in with them. Zeke would have fun and it would make the trip to the doctor with a sick kid easier on Angela. Zeke was running laps around the gym playing with some of the after school kids. Multiple kids came up to me and said, “He just doesn’t stop. He has sooooo much energy.” Every once in a while Zeke would take a break to get a sip of water and then was back up running around the gym. This lasted for about an hour and a half. Even the adults were commenting on how nice it would be to have his energy.

Acting Childish
A few weeks ago my family went on vacation to the beach. I figured my two-year-old son, Zeke, would have a good time, but that turned out to be an understatement. He absolutely loved it. One day, we were walking down the stairs to the beach and as soon as his feet hit the sand, he dove face first into it. He moved around as if he was making a sand angel. Made to Worship?
Right now at Charisma Church we are doing a series/challenge called Set Apart. We are taking three weeks and setting aside some things in our lives to spend more time with God. We are currently one week in, and it has been a powerful experience so far. There are many people at the church who are only listening to worship music during Set Apart. I had considered doing this, but it honestly wouldn’t have been too challenging for me ( I am listening to Israel Houghton right now). I don’t say that to be prideful.
