We all get the same 24 hours in a day. Sometimes I wish I had just a few more. I know I am not the only one who feels like they don’t have enough time. Life is so crazy that it hit me last week that the triathlon I signed up for is this Saturday. I know I said after my last one I was going to make sure I was prepared for this one. That didn’t actually happen. I’ve worked out some, but nowhere near enough to adequately prepare for this race. My calendar I have hanging on my wall is seeing a lot more days filled in orange (how I marked missed goals) than blue (how I mark made goals).
